It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ray Curtis Johnson of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johnson and Nellie Johnson (Clapp); his stepfather Curtis Stapleton; and his siblings, Roslyn Johnson and Don Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lagpao Johnson; his children, Ray Curtis Johnson, II, Jennifer Johnson (Jon Blank), Debbie Davis (Troy) and Denise Marshall (Dwayne); his sister Paula Laurens (Ben); and his grandchildren, Johnathon Conant, Anthony Conant, Gregory Conant and Savannah Johnson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
