He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Bowden (Randall); his children, Crystal Payne (Jason) and Victor Bowden (Devon); his grandsons, Nicholas Parker (Ashley), Kaleb Bowden, Noah Parker and Dean Bowden; his siblings, Mick Bowden of Rock Island, Donnye "Gail" Bowden of Topeka and Sharlee Broeker of Oxford; and his uncle Terry Vendeventer.
