Richard Stubbs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2022, at the age of 80, Richard Stubbs of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Woolsey, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Stubbs and Corene Stubbs. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Stubbs; his son Brian Stubbs (Catherine); his grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Stubbs and Tyler Richard Stubbs; his siblings, Larry Stubbs (Joan), Kenneth Stubbs (Peggy), Jeff Stubbs (Julie), Linda Olive (Tim) and Janet Lester (Addison); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Walsh (Denny) and Ken Steinbach (Josie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation in Richard's name be made to his favorite charities the Georgia PGA Foundation or the Haskins Foundation which supports junior golf in Georgia.
