He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kiper and Helen Blythe Kiper; and his son Jason Kiper. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Jenkins Kiper; his stepsons, Jeremy Walsh and Alan Walsh (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jacob Walsh, Jacie Walsh, Maggie Walsh and Andrew Walsh; his brother Kenneth Kiper (Karen); and his daughter Kelli Seymour. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family has asked that no flowers be sent.
