She was predeceased by: her parents, Browdus Joseph George Palmer and Unzell "Judy" Dorsey Palmer; her daughter Sherry Oliver; her brother Billy Palmer; and her husband Joe Galloway.
She is survived by: her brothers, Gerald Palmer of Douglasville, Georgia, Richard Palmer of Douglasville, Georgia, Jeff Palmer of Douglasville, Georgia and Greg Palmer of Douglasville, Georgia; her half-sister Joyce Abee of Gastonia; her grandsons, Dawson and Dillion Oliver; her son Joseph Scott Galloway of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; Mark Oliver of Lula, Georgia. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins.
