He is survived by: his wife Marnell Stephens Fowler of Douglasville, Georgia; his daughters, Glenda Fowler Smeby of Panama City and Gayle (David Pergament); his brothers, Frank (Lynn Fowler) and Lewis (Mary Fowler); and his grandchildren, John Harrison, Danny Pergament, Max Pergament, Lisa Hart and Kathy Bush. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
