He is survived by: his wife Mary Carr Kirk; his children, Joey Kirk (Laurie) of Danville, KY, Jerry Kirk (Kim) of Bristol, TN, Terry Kirk (Stephanie) of Bristol, TN, Ashley Berrie (Aldan) of Buckhead, GA, Olivia Kirk and Donna Odom (Steve) of Kingsport, TN; his stepson Patrick Roy of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, John Kirk (Linda) of Bristol, TN and Nancy Kirk-Prazma (Frank) of Ashville, NC; his half-sister Marita Schwertman of Cincinnati, OH; and his cousin Margo Robinson of Moreland, KY.
