She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Bailey Rudisell and Lillie Mae Cormican; her husband Bobby Ray Tinsley; her son Michael Andrew Hetisimer; her stepdaughter Sharon Fowler; her stepson-in-law James Fowler; her siblings, Wanda Jean Kaiser and Dennis Eugene Rudisell; and the father of her child Cecil Maurice Hetisimer.

She is survived by : her sister Iva Jeanette Long; her daughter Janelle Hetisimer Goggins (Neal); her grandchildren, Leah Michelle Hetisimer, Michael David Hetisimer (Haley), Brileylynn Grace Hetisimer, Dawn Gundlach (George) and Scott Fowler (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Michael James "Tripp" Gay, Kade Gundlach (Katerina), Elizabeth Gundlach (Corey), Marissa Griggs and Gaberial Fowler. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hightower's Memorial Chapel (12651 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
