He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Stracener and Ida Stracener. He is survived by: his sister Mildred Deen Hanby; his children, Tony Stracener (Allison) and Kim Robinson (Gary); and his grandchildren, Candace Williams (Dealous), Jared Reagin (Brandi), Brandon Reagin, Zach Suerdieck (Megan), Amanda Goodwin (Jeff), Nathan Suerdieck (Meghan), Courtney Still (Matthew), Keenan Robinson and C. J. Robinson (Megan). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation Services (414 Telfair St, Dublin, GA 31021). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (1750 Mark Wood Rd, Rentz, GA 31075).
