He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Perkins and Ruby Nobles Perkins; and his sister Ellen Perkins Gore (Ronnie). He is survived by: his sibling's children, Cheryl Gore Chance (Rod), Jeff Gore (Sara) and Steve Gore; and his pet Layla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
