We bid farewell to Preston F. Osborne Jr. of Dublin, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 26, 2025 at the age of 77. Preston touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Fordham "Pres" Osborne, Sr. and Annie Lucile Carter Osborne; and his brothers, Gary Osborne and Charles Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Duncan (Jim) of Lyons, Susan Curl (Phillip) of Swainsboro and Jonathan Osborne (Tamara) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Kevin Duncan of Lyons, Timothy Durling of Lyons, Dustin Osborne of Swainsboro, Erica Lawler of Vidalia, Derrick Lawler of Tennessee, Jason Osborne and Jessica Osborne of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a special friend.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
