He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Fordham "Pres" Osborne, Sr. and Annie Lucile Carter Osborne; and his brothers, Gary Osborne and Charles Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Duncan (Jim) of Lyons, Susan Curl (Phillip) of Swainsboro and Jonathan Osborne (Tamara) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Kevin Duncan of Lyons, Timothy Durling of Lyons, Dustin Osborne of Swainsboro, Erica Lawler of Vidalia, Derrick Lawler of Tennessee, Jason Osborne and Jessica Osborne of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a special friend.
