He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Teresa; and his sister Kim. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his daughter Carissa Shuman (John); his grandchildren, Kyden, Tom and Liz; and his sister Kyle Adams (Mike). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
