He is survived by: his son Clint Strange (Megan); his grandchildren, Emma (Eli) and Gail Cook; his siblings, Lewis Strange of Trion, GA, Bobby Strange of Birmingham, AL, Pat Brison of Holand, GA and Sally Strange of Summerville, GA; his pets, Barney, Sam, Emma and Cindy; and his grandchildren, Little River Canyon and Fort Walton Beach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
