It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Tolliver Allen (Duluth, Georgia), who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Earl "Jack" Tolliver and Doris Duncan Tolliver; her children, Cindy Patterson (David), Penny Swaggerty (Chris) and Jack Allen (Cathy); her grandchildren, David Patterson Jr. (Brittany), Brandy Lynn Randall, John Randall (Charlotte), Robyn Sambor (Caleb), Shaw Allen, Cassie Patterson, Jolyn LaRue and Payton Allen; her great grandchildren, Lane, Easton, Sophia, Gage of Haegin, J. R. and Bryson; and her husband Chip.
