She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Donald Dickinson and Thelma Dickinson; her husband David Corkill; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Clifford and Lois Corkill; her brother Charlie Dickinson; and her children, Brad Corkill (Mary), Lesley Lamb (Richard) and Shelley Sweeney (Jeff). She was also cherished by 8 grand-children, and 5 great-grand-children.
