He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Lee McPherson and Evelyn Clyde Kuykendall McPherson; and his niece Pamela Pursell McClung of Kennesaw Georgia. He is survived by : his sisters, Carol McPherson Partee of Kennesaw, GA and Dorothy McPherson Melton (Gerald) of Alpharetta, GA; and his nephews, Paul Richard Pursell (Carol) of Kennesaw, GA, Gregory Hayden Melton of Dallas, TX, Chase Patton Melton of Athens, GA and Preston Walker Melton of Alpharetta, GA..
