He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stalvey and Alberta Allen Stalvey; and his brothers, E. W. Stalvey, Elzia Stalvey, Charles L. Stalvey and Carlton Stalvey.
He is survived by: his wife Lelibeth Pille-Stalvey; his children, Jimmy Stalvey of Dupont, Devaune Stalvey (Denise) of Dupont and Gina Garrison of Jacksonville; his siblings, Carolyn Delk Gibbs of Homerville, Lawanna Tootle of Homerville, Julian (Rena Stalvey), Rev. Donald (Barbara Stalvey) and Dolphus (Ruth Stalvey); and his brother-in-law Edwin Pille (Letecia) of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
