She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Holloway and Mary Ceasar; her husband James B. Brown; her son Oscar Collins; and her siblings, Willie Joe Hart, Ruben Ceaser, Doris Stanley, Robert Ceasar and Milton Holloway.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Brown Santigo of Deerfield Beach; her grandchildren, Jocelin Bynes of Atlanta and Christopher Bynes of Deerfield Beach; and her godchildren, Mary Cue-Simpkin of Atlanta and Keyandre Haynes of Fort Lauderdale. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
