He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Carter and Mary Lizzie Carter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Carter of East Dublin; his children, Vickie C. Anderson of East Dublin, Anthony Carter (Lisa) of East Dublin and Lynn Odom (Kenny) of Adrian; and his grandchildren, Matt Anderson (Krista) of East Dublin, Renee Soles (Blake) of East Dublin, Mychelle Owens (Jason) of East Dublin, Grant Page (Charlotte) of East Dublin, Kyle Odom of Adrian, Lana Rogers (Blair) of Dudley, Haley Grant (Jody) of Lenox and Ryan Page of Dublin. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
