He was predeceased by: his parents, Debbie Ann Brown and Melvin Holder of Adrian; his grandparents, Dorothy Dudley Brown and Sydney Brown Sr.; his sister Jamie King; and his aunts and uncles, Rhonda Brown, Alma Jean Armstrong, Daisy Brown, C. Mitchell and Frank Lewis Holder.
He is survived by: his children, Shammen Montford, Carlos Lockett, Xavion Brown, Kavontae Lockett, Carlia Montford, Shameria Montford and MaCarla Brown; his grandchildren, Jah'Kayden Walker and Khaloni Mercer; and his siblings, Quentin Brown (Bernice), Prophetess Swhronda Brown, April Brown, Kyle Brown, Christopher Holder, Melinda Holder and Chiquita Denson.
