He is survived by: his wife Sheila May of East Dublin; his children, Joseph E. "Joey" May, III (Michelle) of Rentz, Amanda L. Johnson (Adam) of Cleveland, OH, Jennifer Allen (Chris) of East Dublin and Jessica Christian (John) of East Dublin; his grandchildren, Abbey-Gail May, Jacob Johnson, Thomas Johnson, Layla Johnson, CJ Allen, Cody Allen, Kayleigh Allen, Dylan Christian and Cole Christian; his great grandchildren, Ava May, Jonah Nesmith and Nova Nesmith; and his siblings, Dianne Senn (Farris) of East Dublin, Elaine Waller (Ron) of East Dublin, Simon Yoder, Rev. Ben Edwards and Rev. Keith Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
