She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Scott and Julia Thelma Scott; her husband John Enoch Fulghum, Sr.; and her siblings, Hazel Scott, Larry Scott and Everett Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Fulghum (Stephanie) of East Dublin, Judy Fulghum Thigpen (Derrell) of East Dublin, Dale Fulghum (Tonya) of East Dublin and Jody Fulghum-Hinson (Todd) of Macon; and her sisters, Gail Rogers Joyner (Bud) of Dublin and Connie Scott Gravley (Jerry) of Glennville. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
