He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Joy Marie Brookins; his stepmother Wynell Elements Brookins; and his siblings, Donald Gene Brookins (Kathy), Lisa Marie Ussery (Mickey), April Denise Melton and Leigh Ann Morris (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family and friends.
