He was predeceased by: his father Numan Andrew; his siblings, Carolyn Billue, Jack, Jerry, Vernon and Larry West; and his son-in-law Harold Crump.
He is survived by: his wife Ann West (Smith); his siblings-in-law, Sherry Crump (West) of East Ellijay and Steven West (Kim) of East Ellijay; his grandchildren, Jaxon West, Cassie Stover (Jeffrey), Bryan Crump (Valerie) and Rebecca West; his great grandchildren, Maddox West of Lennon, J. J., Lucy Stover, Mia, Maverick Crump, Emma and Luke Stancill; and his siblings, Susan Winkler (Joe) of Brookhaven, GA and Ronnie West (Sue) of East Ellijay, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
