He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alvis Puckett and Lottie S. Puckett (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Sue Puckett of Tucker, Georgia; his daughters, Bonnelle Reed (Stephen) of Marietta, Georgia and Wanda Isele (Olaf) of West Chester; his grandsons, Erik Isele and Karl Isele; his son Phillip Puckett; and his siblings, Dr. Victor Lee Puckett (Dorothy), William Edward Puckett (Mary), Mary Alice Santora (Art), Lou Anna Stowe (John), Henry Allen Puckett (Delsie), Hettie Ellen and Warren Ovid Puckett.
