It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Hoggard of East Point, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Peek Hoggard; his daughters, Renee H. Woody (Phillip) and Lynn H. Wiseley (Rex); his sister Jackie Bell; his grandchildren, Erin Greer (Barrett), Christopher Woody (Meagan), Brooke Wiseley and Elyse Wiseley; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Greer and Jack Greer.

Safety protocols will be place, including social distancing as needed.
