He is survived by: his children, Buckey Watkins (Vickie) of Belton, Ann Watkins and Christine; his sister-in-law Pearly Sue Watkins of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Chrysti Fulghum, Dale Fulghum, Cale Fulghum, Daniel Fulghum and Heather; his brothers, Dillon, Robert Franklin, John Strickland and James Strickland; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Certain, Payton Certain, Marina Ramey, Braiden Ramey, Ray Fulghum, Kinsley Fulghum, Cassidy Fulghum, Brooklyn Fulghum, McKenah Fulghum, Zac Fulghum and Millie. He is also survived by Brothers; a number of nieces and nephews.
