Lawton Jr. (Elberton, Georgia), born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert B. Lawton, Sr. and Mildred Leveque Lawton; his son Ronald R. Lawton; his siblings, Mildred Souraty and Frederick Lawton; and his grandsons, Nathan A. Lawton and Joel B. Lawton.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith Lawton; his children, Timothy A. Lawton (Adele), Ashley B. Lawton (Justine), Ernest J. Lawton (Doreen) and Ramon C. Lawton (Deborah); his stepdaughters, Janine Frapolly, Nicole Hutt and Renee Cruz; and his sister June Tavares of Lugoff, SC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
