He is survived by: his children, William Harvell, Jr. of Elberton, GA and Pam Leard of Elberton, GA; his son-in-law Danny Leard of Elberton, GA; his siblings, Barbara Jean Hart of Jacksonville, FL and Margaret Balchin of Ninety-Six, SC; and his grandchildren, Blake Leard of Elberton, GA. and Amber Leard of Elberton, GA..
In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make memorials in Bill's memory to the Elberton Church of God.
