It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Irvin Barton (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on July 12, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Barton and Elsie Fleming Barton. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rhoda Albertson of Elberton, Randy Mercer of Dunwoody and Richard Mercer of Newberry, SC; his grandchildren, Juli Miller, Clint Dickerson and Audrey Mercer; and his great grandchildren, Kirsten, Allison, Stella and Alivia.
