He is survived by: his cousin Bobby Hogan; his wife Lillie B. Hogan; his children, James "Bro" Hogan (Patricia Willis), Edward Hogan (Grace) of Elberton, Kenny Hogan (Cassandra) of Augusta, William Darryl Hogan (Koshie), Eunice Sapp of Lincolnton, Bobbie Jean Hogan of Lincolnton, Jenell Crew (Charlie) of Lincolnton, Rosa Starks Freeman of Augusta, Teresa Ware (Walter) of Lincolnton and Patricia Staton (Travis) of Athens; his sister Della Elizabeth Lowe of Augusta; his siblings-in-law, Willie Raiford of Athens, Sylvia Lue Ardister of Elberton, Eula Stokes (Oscar) of Lincolnton and Annie Laura Windfield of Knoxville, TN; and his close friend Nakita Hearst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
