Charlotte Garrett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2019, at the age of 78, Charlotte Garrett (Elberton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Waco "Bud" and Louise Scarborough Madden; and her brother Rahnal Madden. She is survived by: her husband Loyd Daniel Garrett; her children, Waco Garrett (Shelia) of Elberton, Renae Rampey (David) of Elberton and Jeff Garrett (Angel) of Elberton; her grandchildren, Jessica Clark (Anthony), Justin Garrett, Amanda Rousey (Robbie), Alison Lamb (Thomas), Alaina Payne (Corey), Jake Garrett (Brooke) and Luke Garrett; her great grandchildren, McKenzie Clark, Colton Clark, Morgan Garrett, Brooklyn Rousey, Kennedy Rousey, Charlotte Payne, Asa Payne, Garrett Lamb and Addison Lamb; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Garrett (Helen), Lillian Garrett, Katherine Garrett and Edna Cook.
