He is survived by: his children, Brian Lewis, Kavin Lewis Sr., Mario Barnes, Tina Gaines, Rudolph Miller, Timothy Miller and Charlotte Gates; and his brothers, Jellest Lewis, Boris Lewis and Johnnie Lewis. He is also survived by grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
