She was predeceased by: her husband Karl 'Eric Dickerson. She is survived by: her children, William Carl "Billy" Dickerson of Greer, SC and Kristy Leann Dickerson of Commerce; and her grandson Dakota Dennis Eric Dickerson. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Flowers are accepted and the family requests those wishing to honor Dawn in lieu of flowers to do so by adopting a needy child at Christmas time, something she and Eric did for many years.
