He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Scales and Blanche Saylors Scales Burden; and his sister Terri Dawana Burden. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Moon, Amber Jones and Ashely Willis; and his brother Robert "Pete" Scales of Elberton.
