We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2020, at the age of 96, Frances Daniel Truitt of Elberton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Daniel and Lucille Daniel Brice; her husbands, Charles Cordell, Vernon Keith and Albert Truitt; and her siblings, Pauline Hill and Bernard Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Parks (Marshall) of Hartwell, Jerita Carlton of Elberton and Danny Keith of Elberton; her stepchildren, Bobby Cordell (Mary) of South Augusta, SC and Gloria Moss (Mark) of Brunswick; her grandchildren, Michele Parks Arnold of Flowery Branch, Chase Carlton of Elberton, Casey Carlton Wolf (Eric) of Elberton, Cara Keith Gailey (Howard) of Elberton, Megan Keith Balchin (Emmett) of Elberton and Mia Keith Parham (Kyle) of Elberton; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Macey, Marley Arnold, Cadence, Mason Carlton, Ayden, Faith Gailey, Georgia, Eli Balchin and Kelton Parham.
She lived through several major events in our country's history, including the Great Depression, World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War, and the Pandemic of 2020.
