She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Thompson Bone, Sr. and Louise Tiller Bone; her former husband John Bailey "Johnny" Swygert; and her brother Talmadge Thompson Bone, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Thomas "Bud" Carrington of Elberton; her children, Talmadge Bailey Swygert (Jill) of Elberton and Heidi Louise Swygert of Smyrna; her sisters, Connie Ayers of Elberton and Tina Bone of Elberton; her niece Sheena Ayers Stransky (Bart) of Smyrna; her great-niece Maureen Stransky of Smyrna; her nephew Ayers Stransky of Smyrna; and her sister-in-law Judy Carrington Dixon of Elberton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
