She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Spivey Johnston (Joe Johnston) of Gray and Madelyn Spivey Johnson of Elberton; her grandchildren, Alan Johnson of Gray, Suzanne Johnson Barnett of Gray and Hiller Johnston Crook (Jay Crook) of Gray; and her great grandchildren, Will Faircloth, Johnson Barnett and Spivey Lyn Barnett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
