It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Stockton Harper (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Higginbotham Harper; his parents, Linton Augustus Harper and Emma Etta Jones Harper; and his siblings, Frances Thurston, Charles Harper, Steve Harper, Ralph Harper, Carroll Harper and Jack Harper.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Mary Jean H. Ginn and Elizabeth H. Hudson; and his sibling's children, Debra H. Robertson, Connie H. Andrews, Steve Higginbotham, Donnie Hudson and Billy Hudson. He is also survived by numerous other in-laws, nieces, nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there will be no public visitation.
