He was predeceased by: his sister Sherry F. King. He is survived by: his parents, Talmadge Eugene Fleeman, Sr. of Elberton and Mary Major White of Calhoun Falls; his sons, Matthew Eugene Dobbins of Greenwood and Jacob Talmadge Fleeman of Waterloo; his half-brother William Eugene Fleeman of Elberton, GA; his stepbrothers, Frankie Morris of Elberton, GA, Jamie Fleeman of Elberton, GA and Mike Fleeman of Elberton, GA; and his sisters, Betty Jean F. Burton (Anthony) of Elberton, GA, Melissa Owens Anagnost (Pete) of Greenwood, Eugenia F. Pruitt (Ralph) of Waterloo, Lonna Harvley F. Craven (Danny) of Waterloo and Wendy M. Ouzts (Terry) of Greenwood. He is also survived by nine nieces and one nephew; and nineteen great nieces and nephews.
