He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Paul W. and Gladys Gibby Webb; his grandson Dustin Martin; his siblings, Arlene Merritt, Paul Webb, Jr. and Luther Webb; and his nephew Johnny Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Campbell and Vince; his daughter-in-law Donna Webb; and his brother Homer Webb.
