It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Shiflet Jr. of Elberton, Georgia, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Shiflet, Sr. and Carrie Ellen Dooley Shiflet; and his wife Sandra Holmes Shiflet. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Shiflet (Ashley) of Hartwell and Greg Shiflet of Hartwell; his brother Mike Shiflet (Gwen) of Hartwell; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Destiny, Dawson, Trevor, Jace, Hunter, Jackson and Kai.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
