He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Frank Stovall and Carrie Marie Burdette Stovall; his wife Andrena Parker Johnson Stovall; his son Rodney James Stovall; and his sister Ann Gurley.
He is survived by: his daughter Lorie Stovall-Sears (Norton) of Elberton; his grandchildren, Calhoun, McKenzie and Emma; and his siblings, Emily (Wendell Brown), Gail Burdette of Hartwell, Faye (Steve Hall) and Byron Stovall of Elberton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
