He was predeceased by: his great-nephew Andrew Dove. He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Storey (Rhonda Johnson) of Elberton, GA and Cindy Taylor-Duke (Dwayne) of Calhoun; and his siblings' children, Roger Womack, III, Joshua Duke, Tifanni Storey, Samantha Dove (Sam) and Kayla Duke. He is also survived by four great-nieces and five great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions, in memory of Johnny, be sent to the charity of one's choice.
