It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Allen (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Celecia Tate; and her sisters, Marion Jones and Deborah Holland. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
