He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sereno and Minnie Gaines Haley. He is survived by: his wife Sara Rucker Vincent Haley of Elberton; his daughter Judith; his children-in-law, Gary Rutkin of Washington, D. C. and Chris Haley of Gulf Shores, Alabama; his stepchildren, Robyn Keeler (John Keeler) of Elberton and Hal Vincent of Richmond, Virginia; his grandchildren, Eve Birge (Paul) of Walnut Creek, California, Colin MacKie (Allison) of Walnut Creek, California, Thomas Haley of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mark Haley of Gulf Shores, Alabama; his stepgrandson Owen Keeler (Tara) of Arnoldsville, Georgia; and his sisters, Mary Haley Rathbun of Cincinnati and Margaret Haley Ward of Elberton. He is also survived by great-granddaughter, five step-great-grandchildren and two step-great-great grandchildren.
