She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bowman and Sallie Mae Heard Bowman; her husband William "Billy" Wells; and her siblings, Wilbert Bowman, Johnny Howard Bowman, Willie Bowman, Ruby Hunt, Dora Allen, Lila Allen, Crola Rucker and Janeaster Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Allen (Thomas) and Juanita Cornell; her grandchildren, Kisha Heard, Solaria Wells and Maurice Maxwell (Reese); her great grandchildren, Maurissa Heard, Malaya Maxwell, Pyper Maxwell, Arielle Reid and Cashton Maxwell; her brother Bobby Bowman (Helen) of Atlanta, GA; her siblings-in-law, Sara June Bennett and Cody Wells of Chicago, IL; and her godchildren, Charles Phelps (Marilyn), Erica Leverett (Gregory) of Hartwell, GA, Rodney Geter (Sonya) of Union City, GA, Robert Mattox, Rod Hardman, Jessica Zanders, Jamaica Zanders and Nykisha Geter.
Social distancing will be observed and face masks are requested by the family.
