He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Nance Rucker of Elberton; his stepmother Frankie Hughes; his wife Rita Saxon Rucker; his children, Carie Anne Dale of Elberton and Matthew Randle Rucker of Bowman; his children-in-law, Tiffany Rucker of Bowman and Joel Dale of Elberton; his grandchildren, Kylee, Kendall, David Hezekiah, Samuel and Marcus; his siblings, Pamela Lilith of Lancaster, Lynda Rucker of Berlin, Germany Lee, Tammy Hughes Lee of Birmingham, Alabama, Gregory Rucker of Glendale and Randy Hughes of Birmingham, Alabama; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Norman, Doug Norman of Elberton and Marty Saxon of Elberton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
