She is survived by: her spouse Willie Edd Downer; her children, Connie D. Thornton, Tony Downer (Jennifer), Tammy Allen (Ben) and Randy Downer (Virginia); her adoptive sons, Antonio Downer, Johnny Downer and Mathew Downer; and her siblings, Terry Hill, Adel Hughes and Vanessa Dean (William). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
