She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Henry Rousey and Fannie Mat Rousey; and her brothers, C. W. Rousey, Ed Rousey and Dean Rousey.
She is survived by: her children, Elmer Smith, Jr. of Dearing, Wanda Webb of Bowman, Mark Smith of Grovetown, Cindy Poole of Dewy Rose and Faye Poole of Bowman; and her sister Annie Shaw of Bowman. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
